Biography Lab 2026
BIO’s annual online forum on the craft of biography is open to participants at all levels of interest and experience. This day-long conference offers sequential 90-minute sessions led by prominent biographers and publishing professionals. A social hour concludes the day.

The joys and challenges of producing biographies of Black subjects was the focus of a significant national conference in the spring of 2025, in Montgomery, Alabama, presented by BIO in collaboration with Troy University-Montgomery.
